Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD)

The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, also known as ANAD, is an organization that seeks to alleviate the problems of eating disorders by educating the public and healthcare communities; providing research for the cause and cure of eating disorders; and acting as a resource center for victims, families, and healthcare providers to seek treatment and a cure for eating disorders.  Because eating disorders affect so many women, especially women of college age, this organization is very close to Delta Phi Epsilon’s heart, both locally and internationally. Delta Phi Epsilon was actually the first international sorority to pledge support to ANAD.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to assure the development of the means to cure and control Cystic Fibrosis, and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease.  Cystic Fibrosis, also known as CF, is a genetic disease affecting approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States.  A defective gene from both parents causes the body to produce abnormally thick mucus that clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening infections.

Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation

The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation provides scholarships to Delta Phi Epsilon women for educational opportunities, including undergraduate and graduate studies.  Every Delta Phi Epsilon woman is eligible to apply for scholarship awards.  The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation also supports sorority programming opportunities, such as the creation of our PEARL Program, Team Excellence Structure, and facilitators for convention and conferences.
